1. Introduction

The Employee Corner App is a Government-to-Employee (G2E) mobile platform developed to provide secure and convenient access to service profile and payroll related information for regular employees of the Government of Manipur. It acts as a digital interface for employees to connect with the Central Management Information System (CMIS).

2. Information Collected

The Employee Corner App collects and processes the following categories of information from government employees for the purpose of registration, authentication, and service delivery:

Personal Information:

• Mobile Number
• Email Address (if available)
• Full Address
• Photo
• Signature
• Blood Group
• Identification Mark
• Service Type

Account and Access Information

• Verification to proceed for registration (Employee Identification Number (EIN), Date of Birth, Bank Account Number)
• User Credentials for App Login (username, password)
• Login Timestamps and Session Information
• Basic Device and Browser Metadata (for security and auditing purposes)

3. Purpose of Data Use

The app is intended to:

• Allow Government Employees to register and add their additional information in CMIS.
• Enable self-access to their employment profile, pay slips, salary statements, service records, and bill status.
• Support the generation of official employee ID cards.
• Reduce manual data access requests and ease the administrative burden on DDOs, HODs, and the Directorate of MIS.

4. Data Sharing, Access and Security

• Your data is accessed only by authorized government officials and system administrators for official purposes.
• No personal data is shared with any external or commercial entity.
